Cancellation & Refunds

At The Seva Nest, we want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please read our policy below regarding order cancellations, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at info@thesevanest.com with your order number.

  • Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to cancel it.


2. Returns & Exchanges

Because we work with global suppliers and ship directly to you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges unless the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Eligible cases:

  • Item arrived damaged or broken.

  • Wrong product sent (different size/model than ordered).

  • Item is defective and not working as intended.

To request a return, please contact us at info@thesevanest.com within 7 days of delivery, including:

  1. Order number

  2. Photos/videos showing the issue


3. Refunds

  • Once your claim is approved, we will process a full or partial refund to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days.

  • In some cases, we may offer to reship the item instead of refunding (depending on availability).

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind after order has shipped.

  • Incorrect address entered at checkout.

  • Delays caused by customs or courier services beyond our control.


4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. First check with your bank or card provider.

  2. Contact your payment provider as it may take some processing time.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, email us at info@thesevanest.com.
